I don't eat meat, can I still follow the meal plan samples in this course?
The Nutrition Module of this course is primarily centered around a nutritional plan comprised of whole foods which includes meat. Our meal plans and recipes will not all be adjustable to your exact diet needs in all cases.
BUT, the good news is EVERY other part of the course will still give it’s full benefit. All the Modules, all the workouts, all the supplements, the community (which does include non meat eaters and vegans), – all will still work 100% for you.
